PrismFlow Privacy Policy

Controller

PrismFlow is a puzzle game developed by Beytullah Ozer. Questions or verified data-deletion requests can be sent to prismflowgames@gmail.com.

Data We Process

• Game and account data: scores, progress, streaks, in-game gems and tokens, ad-removal entitlement, settings, and purchase state are stored on the device. After you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, the app may create an anonymous Firebase account and synchronise this game data to Firestore.
• Profile and leaderboard data: your chosen display name and best score are stored in the public global leaderboard. The leaderboard also stores the platform and update time. Profile names are stored with cloud game data; Android cloud sync can include the profile photo selected in the app. Profile photos are not displayed on the public leaderboard.
• Identifiers: Firebase anonymous user ID, a random app identifier on iOS, and Android ID on Android are used to identify and secure cloud game-data documents. Firebase and AdMob may process device, advertising, and diagnostic identifiers under their own terms.
• Diagnostics and usage: after you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics receive app-use events and crash diagnostics to improve reliability.
• Advertising: AdMob is used to display ads. Where required, the app presents Google's consent flow before ad personalisation or measurement is used.

Sharing and Service Providers

We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, Firestore cloud storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics; Google AdMob for advertising; and Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases. These providers process data for the services they supply and under their own privacy terms.

Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on the device until the app data is removed. Cloud game data remains while it is needed to operate the game. You can request deletion of cloud game data by emailing prismflowgames@gmail.com from the relevant account or with enough information for us to identify the game profile. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can manage notification reminders in Settings and can decline or change advertising consent where the consent flow is available. The app's legal acceptance is required before cloud sync, Analytics, and Crashlytics collection are enabled.

Children

PrismFlow is not directed to children under 13. If the target audience changes to include children, we will update the app, advertising setup, and this policy to meet applicable child-directed app requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
